Know whether an AI idea is ready before it consumes PoC budget.
The AI Opportunity Readiness Assessor turns structured use-case evidence into a decision brief: what is ready, what is missing and what should happen next.

The product grew out of experience, not a coding exercise.
My project work taught me what happens when ownership, operating constraints and decision criteria remain vague. As I work towards becoming a certified DEKRA AI Manager, I’m turning that experience into a product that makes those uncertainties explicit and actionable.
From an AI idea to an accountable next step.
Document the opportunity
The intake captures the business problem, measurable outcome, available data, ownership, budget, timeline and risk context.

Implementation proof
The working n8n workflow behind the product.
The workflow prepares the intake, structures the assessment, handles German translation, applies deterministic scoring and routes every case to one of three controlled outcomes.
A decision brief, not a black-box score.
The fictional sample case shows the recommendation, the evidence behind every readiness dimension and the actions required before the next investment decision.
A repeatable decision framework, shaped by delivery experience.
Generic AI output depends heavily on the prompt. This product applies the same delivery questions, scoring logic and safeguards to every opportunity.
- 01PM-informed assessment logic
Project-delivery experience informs six dimensions covering value, data, feasibility, organisation, strategy and governance.
- 02Deterministic decision path
Weighted scores, mandatory PoC criteria and defined routes are applied by code rather than interpreted freely by the model.
- 03Traceable decision basis
Documented facts, assumptions, gaps and next steps remain separated and reviewable in the resulting brief.
- 04Bilingual and human-accountable
English and German reports support stakeholder alignment, while sensitive or conflicting cases remain subject to human review.
